About me
My name is Jan Závada and I work as a senior manager at Broker Consulting a.s. Simply put – I help people navigate the world of finance and real estate. I consider the connection of these areas to be key, because one often does not work without the other. I rely on long-term cooperation, trust and a human approach. My goal is for clients to have clarity, peace of mind and the feeling that they have someone to lean on today and in a few years.

My approach to work
I really enjoy and find fulfilling real estate and finance meaningful, because they make sense to me mainly when they are based on the real needs and goals of specific people, for example when they want to save for their children, be financially secure for their old age, or just create a financial reserve to have more peace and comfort. I always try to first understand what the client is really dealing with and where they want to get to, and only then look for a path that will suit them in the long term. I consider this to be the basis of successful cooperation.
Connecting real estate and finance is not just a job for me, but a natural way to support clients in making some of the biggest and most important decisions in life - typically when buying or selling real estate.
I have been working in the field since 2010. A significant experience for me was my stay in Australia, where I naturally mastered the English language and gained a broader perspective on how the world and business work. In practice, I see more and more that English is a great advantage in this field - it allows me to participate in foreign seminars, conferences and professional training and to constantly educate myself outside the Czech environment. At the same time, it gives me the opportunity to accompany clients in real estate projects abroad, for example in Spain or Dubai, where we cooperate on interesting development projects.
